About Intertrading Investments.
Intertrading Investments was established in January 1998 and has been successfully renovating and building high quality homes for 20 years. We pride ourselves in the fact that we pay attention to detail and go the extra mile to make sure our client is satisfied. It is our mission to ensure that we offer affordable and effective solutions to any problems we may encounter in the building process.
Intertrading investments has been a member of NHBRC since it was introduced in December 1999 and has to date built in excess of 48 new homes as well as countless renovations, additions and revamps. We have built homes in all the upmarket estates in the east of Pretoria, built an office block in Route 21 and built an entire estate “Sorrento” in Equestria Pretoria. Our determination to keep our customer satisfied has resulted in us developing long standing friendships with all our clients.
We offer a turnkey solution to the client where we can introduce you to Architects and will put you in contact with all the professionals required to complete the process of a new home or renovation. We make use of young and aggressive sub-contractors and have over the past 21 years built up an extensive network of contacts and understanding of the problems encountered in the industry.

With over 20 years experience and having built over 48 new homes, from 200 m2 to 1200 m2, we have gained the necessary expertise and knowledge to successfully tackle the challenges that any building project could present. We have built in most of the upmarket estates in Pretoria East and are committed to making sure our customer stays informed and happy. Unlike other building contractors Intertrading Investments keeps a stable permanent staff compliment of skilled craftsmen, in so doing we ensure a consistently better quality than when only sub-contractors are used. On the commercial side Intertrading Investments has successfully completed an office block in Route 21 Commercial Estate, a warehouse building for a well-known liquor outlet in Pretoria CBD and a factory in Gezina. We have done numerous conversions of residential houses into offices throughout Pretoria.

Often alterations are performed whilst clients are still living on the premises and the possibility of the client being frustrated and irritated with the invasion of their privacy is extremely likely. This is where the fact that we have a permanent staff compliment that is aware of the importance to maintain an orderly site, is of great advantage to us.
